Our Scope
We supply bespoke panel systems tailored to meet our customers exact requirements. Using a range of lightweight core materials and outer face substrates. Bondlite panels offer an excellent strength to weight ratio and can be design engineered to meet most levels of performance in terms of weight, rigidity, impact resistance and durability.
BONDLITE HONEYCOMB PANELS
Bondlite AL100 - Aluminium Panel
Outer faces: 0.5mm thick aluminium skins
Core: 5.2-1/4-3003N aluminium honeycomb
Adhesive: High performance heat cured epoxy film
Stock Sizes: 2500mm x 1250mm x 12.7mm (1/2")

Approx Weight: 12.8kg
These panels are made to a particular thickness to allow for an off the shelf aluminium edging to be fitted should your application require it.
Bondlite GF200 - Glass Fibre Panel
Outer faces: 2ply epoxy glass fibre pre preg
Core: 5.2-1/4-3003N aluminium honeycomb

Bondlite GF210 - Glass Fibre + Peel Ply
Technically the same as a GF200 however this panel is supplied with a peel ply finish on both faces. The peel ply is removed prior to bonding any additional substrates to the panel to ensure maximum bond strengths are achieved. No surface preparation is require for this panel.
The GF200 range uses glass fibre outer faces which are pre impregnated with a heat cured resin system to maximize bond strength.
