Our In-house process allows us to accurately manufacture curved panels to a specific radius. The finished part is bonded using a high performance epoxy which ensures stength and rigidity through the part
Edge finishing Is something we do on a regular basis, for a purely asthetic (sealed panel) edge we use a lightweight epoxy filler which can be painted at final stage.
We often join/link panels to make up much larger panel sizes. This may be as a permanent bonded join or a temporary tongue and groove join shown above. Often we produce bespoke edge detail to the customers requirements.

Solid aluminium edging with CNC machined slots using our in-house state of the art CNC Router.
